CM Punk Reveals he Still has WWE Account Blocked on Social Media

CM Punk has shared bad blood with WWE for a while now, and he just proved the gravity of the situation.

A fan on social media tagged CM Punk and asked if WWE was still a blocked profile on his Twitter. Instead of responding with a simple yes or no, Punk shared a screenshot as evidence.

CM Punk walked out on the company following his match with Kane at Royal Rumble 2014. However, it was later revealed that WWE fired him on his wedding day. The company, however, claims this was unintentional.

CM Punk had his reasons to quit WWE

There is no doubt that CM Punk was one of the best Superstars that WWE had. Unfortunately, he felt that the company was not using him to his full potential. One of the primary frustrations he had with the company was the main matches.

WWE used to book him as the winner until it was a main event match. When those arrived, he was the one taking the fall.

WrestleMania 2013’s main event was a very upsetting match for him. The main event was between The Rock and John Cena when he had expressed his desire to be a part of the event.

CM Punk also found out that WWE paid him less than his fellow Superstars. Therefore, after Royal Rumble, Punk confronted Vince McMahon and Triple H about this. He walked out on them after not receiving a closure on his questions.

Finally, Punk revealed that Vince McMahon was not considerate about all the Superstars. According to him, during the time he took a break from the ring because of knee surgeries in 2012, McMahon was less than sensitive. The WWE Chairman wanted Punk to make a quick return so that his match against The Rock could move forward smoothly.

As per CM Punk, quitting WWE was the best moment of his wrestling career. More often than not, he discusses McMahon and co.’s tyrannical behaviour towards certain Superstars.

In the recent past, Punk returned to WWE through Fox Sports to conduct backstage interviews alongside Renee.
