AEW is proving to be a hurdle in WWE’s path now. Having acquired many former WWE Superstars for their roster, Tony Khan’s promotion has recently gained a lot of success and viewership.

Well, not only wrestlers, but some fans also seem to be more interested in AEW now. Even though this is a worry for WWE, it is glorious news for wrestling fans. Both the companies will now try to produce some grand spectacle of wrestling.

Paul Walter Hauser is considered a big fan of AEW. Speaking to Sean Waltman on Wrestling 4 Life Podcast, he talked about his crime comedy ‘Queenpins,’ and how he wanted to change the WWE references in the movie to AEW. Hauser will play the role of a loss prevention officer in the film.

He said, as quoted by Digital Spy, “Queenpins was the thing that I got this part in this movie, and I saw there were WWE references in the movie.

“They were just in there because they had another guy before me who dropped out, and then I signed on, but I read the script, and I go, ‘Can we change this to AEW? I happen to know the owner. I could probably get you a decent deal with the licensing and the images.'”

Later on, Hauser also claimed that he believes Queenpins will be the first film in Hollywood to feature AEW.

But, as we know, Vince McMahon never backs out from a challenge as he produced a very exciting Monday Night RAW episode to beat the ratings of AEW Dynamite Grand Slam in the following week.

Even though AEW Dynamite Grand Slam had one of AEW’s highest attendance so far, it just fell short of WWE’s ratings that week.

AEW may have CM Punk and Daniel Bryan in their roster now, but WWE doesn’t back down; they recently brought back some big stars like Brock Lesnar and Becky Lynch.
