Cody Rhodes Hits Gigantic Career Milestone on Untelevised House Show Ahead of Upcoming Brock Lesnar Confrontation

Cody Rhodes is one of the most over superstars on the roster currently. He recently returned to WWE last year at WrestleMania 38 to a massive reception. Rhodes had left WWE in 2016 over creative disputes. However, his return last year was one of the major moments in his career.

Although, he would suffer a major momentum setback after suffering a pectoral injury. Rhodes would recover from that, return at Royal Rumble 2023 to win the event, and challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, only to lose at The Grandest Stage.

However, his loss at ‘Mania 39, would potentially open the doors for a new rivalry for him. The RAW after Mania saw him involving himself in a feud with Brock Lesnar, as he suffered a major beatdown at his hands. At Backlash 2023, Rhodes is rumored to go against The Beast Incarnate.

However, fans were excited on finding out that Rhodes hit a new major career milestone on an untelevised WWE house show. Rhodes’ WrestleMania 39 match against Reigns was his 1499th match in WWE, and his live show match saw him complete his 1500th match in WWE.

It is truly a great achievement and saw Rhodes enter a special elite list of WWE superstars. The main event of the show saw him teaming up with Matt Riddle and Kevin Owens to defeat The Imperium. Fans are currently excited to see what WWE has in store for them when The American Nightmare goes face to face with The Beast Incarnate.

Was Vince McMahon in charge of Brock Lesnar’s beatdown of Cody Rhodes on WWE Raw after ‘Mania?

Vince McMahon has officially returned to WWE, and is the current Executive Chairman. Although with rumors of him not having the voting rights anymore, fans are still dreading his return to the creative department. Rumors have spread of him handling everything backstage on Night 2 of WrestleMania 39, and RAW after Mania.

After losing to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, Cody Rhodes is now set to avenge his brutal experience against Lesnar.
