With a stacked roster, WWE currently has several top talents. However, one major problem with such a talented roster is giving deserving superstars their desired push. Names such as AJ Styles, Finn Balor, and Drew McIntyre are all world championship worthy.
However, not everyone can be a world champion in a company. And this issue might have taken a bad turn with Drew McIntyre. Ever since WrestleMania 39 concluded, McIntyre has stayed off-television. With his contract expiring in a few days, there has been no update on his future. As news regarding McIntyre’s future is delayed, fans are starting to get more worried.

WWE fans worry as Drew McIntyre’s future is left uncertain at the company
WWE is yet to reward Drew McInytre duly after The Scottish Warrior carried the promotion during the pandemic era. From winning at ‘Mania in an empty arena to being the champion during the early covid situation, McIntyre gave in his best.

However, WWE did not reward him when the crowds returned to the arenas. McIntyre lost at WrestleMania 37, and then again at Clash at the Castle. With a hot crowd in Wales, WWE could have capitalized on McIntyre winning the World title, but they went with Reigns.
And ever since then, McIntyre has been a part of several lackluster feuds until WrestleMania 38, when he feuded opposite to Sheamus and Gunther for the intercontinental title. However, after again losing at ‘Mania 38, McIntyre took a break. And, now with his contract expiring in a few days, fans are left worried about his uncertain future. While many hope for him to return as a heel against Rollins, others expect him to debut at AEW: All In in London.
I'm sorry, I don't buy for a second that Drew isn't going to be at the 02 for MITB. He's not going to miss that atmosphere.

Drew should win MITB as a surprise entrant

Did he re-sign with WWE? Or is this a push to keep him?

Some wrestling fans also expect him to debut at Wembley Stadium during AEW: All In.
He’s going to debut at All In you heard it here first

WWE fans were happy that McIntyre understands his worth, and is not ready to settle for anything less.
Good for him. He knows he’s a top guy and is insistent that the company treats him like one. He put WWE on his shoulders during the pandemic, even when Roman was out. Should’ve given him one of the titles in Cardiff.

Dude carried the pandemic era, when the crowds came back they chucked him back down the card…I agree with him.

WWE fans even wondered if Roman Reigns was the main root cause behind this situation. This 1000+ feud has stopped several potential champions from flourishing, and fans often blame him for McIntyre’s lack of push.
I am almost 100% convinced that Roman holding the title is the problem. Literally the second that he loses that title and new reigns and feuds can flourish, both that and the World Heavyweight Championship can flourish freely as top prizes.
This makes me so sad. I hate this.

He deserves something good

Dude earned his dues. When they were In empty arenas or at Thunderdome. That man carried WWE.

One WWE fan expected him to return with his old theme, and have another World title run.
Give him Broken Dreams and another title run. CHILLS

Despite carrying the entire division during the covid era, Drew McIntyre still finds himself short of a world title run.
