Roman Reigns is going to put the WWE Universal Championship on the line at Extreme Rules 2021. This time, The Tribal Chief is putting the title on the line against Finn Balor.

Prior to SummerSlam 2021, Finn Balor had a chance to be the challenger for the title. However, a returning John Cena did not allow that to happen. The Invisible Man interfered during the signing segment for SummerSlam 2021 and took over. He signed his name and ended up being the challenger for the title at SummerSlam 2021.

Now, Finn Balor finally has the chance to challenge the champion for the Universal Championship. It’s a title The Prince has wanted for a long time now!

Can Finn Balor defeat Roman Reigns?

Let’s look at what is happening on SmackDown. Finn Balor returned after working on WWE NXT and immediately set his eyes on the Universal Championship. Now, he’s finally back on track after getting sidelined by John Cena.

The entire situation comes down to whether it’s going to be The Prince or The Demon King who will appear at Extreme Rules 2021.

Finn Balor has indicated that The Demon King will return. It may be teased for a while, and The Demon will appear at Extreme Rules 2021. Interestingly, The Demon King has remained undefeated, so he could be the one to dethrone The Tribal Chief.
