WWE superstar Grayson Waller is the upcoming brash talent from Australia who has had segments with some WWE legends till now on TV. The list includes John Cena, Edge, AJ Styles, and a social media feud against The Rock. However, despite hosting some of the biggest names in the company, the Australian star stated that he had always wanted to host a former WWE Champion.
He expressed his eagerness to have this special guest after her stupendous performance at WWE Payback PLE in Pittsburgh. Grayson Waller revealed that he has a lot of respect for her and would want to host her soon.

One of the major matches at WWE Payback was the steel cage match between Becky Lynch and WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus. The match had many memorable spots including a superplex from the top of the cage. The 47-year-old’s performance brought appreciation not just from the live crowd, but also from upcoming talent Grayson Waller who praised Stratus.

While talking to Corey Graves on After the Bell, Grayson Waller revealed he would like to invite Trish Stratus to The Grayson Waller Effect. He said, “I’ve said it a few times, and I’m gonna make it happen, especially after her performance in Pittsburgh. Trish Stratus. I would love to have her on my show, I’ve always been a big fan of Trish, and somehow now, even more.” Waller admired Stratus’ performance at Payback despite being away from active competition for a long time.
Waller further said, “She disappeared for however long, like over a decade I’m sure, and comes back and is doing this, getting smashed in the cage and putting a knot in her head? I have a lot of respect for Trish and I’d love to have her on the show.” It looks like the WWE Hall of Famer earned another fan after Payback in the ‘Arrogant Aussie.’
Waller was impressed with Stratus’ performance inside the steel cage against Becky Lynch. His admiration for her has grown after the match and he is eager to invite former WWE Women’s Champion to his show.
Waller’s suggestion could be a good idea only if the Canadian star sticks around. Her match with Lynch suggests she may have wrapped up her recent WWE run

Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch ends at Payback inside a steel cage
Stratus joined WWE programming as a full-time in-ring performer for her second run on the June 26th episode of RAW. She turned on Becky Lynch after losing Tag Team Titles to start a feud with Big Time Becks. WWE added upcoming talent Zoey Stark under Stratus’ wing as a protégé to assist Stratus.
WWE Universe felt that the feud was getting carried over unnecessarily, as they expected it to end at SummerSlam. But Lynch and Stratus provided everyone a match that was long due.

However, after a hard-fought match against Becky Lynch inside a steel cage, where Lynch came out on top, Stark ended her friendship with Stratus with a Z360 before the crowd cheered on for Stratus. The ending of the match has opened multiple possibilities for future storylines for Lynch, Zoey Stark, and Stratus.
