Only a handful of pro wrestlers can boast of a resume as decorated as Chris Jericho’s. While Y2J has been in the news recently for his alleged backstage antics, his latest social media post has left fans buzzing.

Jericho, who was formerly with the WWE and is now an AEW wrestler, reacted to a Tweet featuring him and fans couldn’t help but wonder if Le Champion was involved in a secret fling with a WWE legend.

It started after a Twitter user shared a picture of a participant from popular TV game show Jeopardy! and tagged the Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla. The picture was of a participant from the show who resembled the 9x WWE Intercontinental Champion.

“Good lord who is that guy??? My doppelgänger for sure!!!” Jericho replied to the user who asked if he had been on the show.

Fans romantically link Triple H and Chris Jericho after latter’s response

Once Y2J reacted to the photo, fans were quick to share their thoughts.

A user joked that the “doppelgänger” was the secret love child of Jericho and Triple H.

“Didn’t expect to find out you and HHH had a secret love child like this,” a user wrote.

Another said, “They fused @IAmJericho  and HHH.”

“It’s like Triple H and Jericho did the fusion dance!” one of the comments read.

One user also suggested that the man could portray Jericho in Young Rock, a sitcom based on Dwayne Johnson’s life.

Apart from Triple H, fans also linked singer Blake Shelton and Hollywood actor Sean Bean with the 6x WWE World Champion.

According to reports, Jericho’s lookalike is Kevin Manning, an engineer from Kansas City in Missouri.

Meanwhile, Y2J has his plate full with an alleged backstage rift involving the former AEW Champion CM Punk.

Is Chris Jericho aiding CM Punk’s grand AEW return?

The CM Punk-Chris Jericho saga is far from over. A few days ago, Punk took to Instagram to unleash a scathing attack on a host of people, including Jericho and his colleague Jon Moxley. In it, The Best In the World called Jericho a “stooge” and a “liar”.

After facing backlash, Punk, however, was quick to delete the post.

With both Punk backtracking and Jericho exercising restraint, one cannot help but wonder if the two superstars created the hype to facilitate the former’s comeback into the AEW.

For the uninitiated, Punk and Jericho’s feud has a long history that started in the WWE back in 2011. Jericho, tired of other wrestlers copying him, had attacked Punk during the latter’s match with Daniel Bryan. Since then, the two made for an entertaining watch and have enthralled fans with their technical prowess and scathing promos.
