WWE Legend and former WWE Champion, Trish Stratus took to X on December 31st to end the year 2023 with an emotional message for the fans. One of the highlights of the message was a shoutout for The Man, Becky Lynch, who helped Stratus make a whopping return to WWE.

She posted a 107-second video, made by Chris Riddle, that consisted of clips from her recent run that ended with a Hardcore steel cage match against Becky Lynch. The video was posted with a tweet that had a message for fans. She posted, “More than half of 2023 was dedicated to entertaining you, performing for the WWE Universe – you all welcomed me so warmly and allowed me to dip my toes into the water again.”

Thought this was an apropos way to close out the year. WWE fans were excited to see more of Stratusfaction and she didn’t disappoint them too. Her feud against Becky Lynch was at the centre stage of her return story. But Stratus had a heartfelt message for The Man too.

She tweeted, “Thank you to all of you who supported me in and out of the ring, in particular, I must shout out The Man who took this ride with me, who gave me an actual second run, who was with me week in and week out for … The Encore.”
Stratus ended her recent run after a steel cage match against Becky Lynch at Payback on 2nd September. But her run helped elevate an upcoming star, Zoey Stark.
