Who is Dwayne’s stunt double?

Dwayne’s stunt double is none other than The Rock’s cousin, Tanoai Reed. Reed has been doing stunts for a long time. The two have been together ever since The Rock’s acting debut in 2002, almost 20 years ago.

Over the years, Reed had undergone a lot of injuries while performing stunts in movies. In an interview with GQ, Reed talked about the injuries he suffered. Reed said, “In 2003, I broke my shin. I’ve broken my ankle, I’ve sprained stuff, and I fractured my rib on Hobbs & Shaw recently. That one was tough because I couldn’t run or train for a bit. I could hardly laugh.”

“I had to really watch what I ate and put on a little bit of weight since I couldn’t do cardio. On Jungle Cruise, I tore my MCL, and I couldn’t run for two months. I couldn’t do any jumping. That set me back too,” he added.

The Rock made an emotional post on Instagram and dedicated it to Reed. The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment gifted Reed a new truck. An incredible gesture from the former WWE Champion.

In the caption, The Rock showed his love towards Reed and mentioned how Reed had broken multiple bones and torn ligaments on several occasions. Later, he also thanked Reed for all his blood, sweat, and tears.

Does The Rock have any brothers?

The Rock has a brother named Curtis Bowles. In fact, he also has a sister, Wanda Bowles. Both of them are The Rock’s half-siblings.
Curtis and Wanda are children of Rocky Johnson and his first wife, Una Sparks. But nothing much is known about them.

In 1978, Rocky Johnson divorced Una and married The Rock’s mother, Ata Johnson. They gave birth to Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in 1972.
