Jaxson Ryker has been receiving heated reactions for his Tweet praising the US President, Donald Trump. The tragic death of George Floyd has led to wide-scale protests across the country. The WWE Superstar seemingly chose the wrong side to support as he faced a lot of flak for his tweet.
Ryker wrote, “ Thankful for the @POTUS we have! God bless America. Built of freedom. Forgotten No More”
The ‘forgotten no more’ phrase at the end received much hate and the public, in general, hated his support for the US President.

Jaxson Ryker is a former Marine who has served in the Iraq war. He started his career as a professional wrestler back in 2001, but it took him 16 years to reach the WWE.
Part of the current SmackDown roster, Ryker is yet to make a remarkable impact among the fans.
The Ryker controversy
President Donald Trump addressed the public recently, and he declared he’d deploy the military to enforce law and order in the country. Ryker decided to give his share of political support to the President, but it went downhill.

Jaxson Rykers of the Forgotten Sons got himself surrounded by haters because of a single Tweet. Enraged viewers did their digging and found an old post from the Superstar that he calls ‘Black Lives Matter’ notion as garbage.
Ryker tried to take care of the situation, but the damage had already been done.
Fellow WWE Superstars also raged on Ryker. You’d expect work colleagues to support you, but that wasn’t the case here as Superstars such as Kevin Owens, Mustafa Ali and others were very vocal about their opinion on Ryker supporting Trump.
The freedom you speak of entitles you to speak your mind all you want. I’m not here to argue that. I just really need to tell you that I think you pushing your shitty wrestling catchphrase as all of this is happening is absolutely fucking pathetic.

I’m thankful you posted this because I’m now aware of what you stand for. When black brothers and sisters are crying, you praise someone that refuses to acknowledge their hurt. https://t.co/O4xm5L3Rpl

It remains to be seen how this scenario will affect Ryker going forward with his career. Ryker has changed his social media account settings so as to make sure that people don’t dig deeper.
