The Hall of Fame legend labeled AEW ‘boring’ while showing no interest in the return of CM Punk

Speaking on his own podcast, 83 Weeks with Eric Bischoff, the topic of Punk’s return to the AEW roster came up. And to that, the 67-year-old spoke his mind with no filter. He unabashedly went on criticizing AEW while labeling the entire incident from what happened in AEW ALL Out 2022 as ‘drama.’ Although, he also mentioned it as the only thing that’s worthwhile in the entire promotion.

He said, “Don’t give a f**k…Who cares, this is just such drama, for the sake of drama. You know, it’s a good thing that this drama is actually taking place because there’s nothing worthwhile watching AEW for.

It is what it is. And if you’re a fan of AEW, God bless you, go with God, enjoy the product, but it’s flat, it’s boring, it’s just there’s nothing going on except for the drama outside of the ring,” Bischoff added.

Along with labeling the performances in AEW as boring, the WWE legend also showed pity to its fans. This might enrage them as well, however, currently, they’re more occupied with the reports that are coming in about CM Punk’s return.
