Dolph Ziggler can’t get over Mandy Rose

In 2020, Dolph Ziggler and Otis went to war to decide who deserves Mandy Rose’s affections. This was the stupidest build to a WrestleMania match since Edge and Booker T feuded over a bottle of shampoo. While a commercial for Japanese shampoo isn’t on the same level as one of the prettiest women on the roster, it still made for excellent television.

Unfortunately, Dolph lost, and Mandy Rose played a part in Dolph’s loss at WrestleMania. However, the former World Champion hasn’t backed down yet. He somehow tried to get Mandy back by having former WWE Superstar Hornswoggle make a cameo for Mandy.

In the video, Hornswoggle begged Mandy to go back to Dolph, claiming he’s the ‘Justin [Timberlake] to her Britney [Spears]’. Dolph tweeted the video saying, “Kitten, Hornswoggle is right, you are as loved by me, as I am BELOVÉD by the world”.

He even asked Mandy out publicly, asking her if she wanted to watch Rough and Rowdy 14 together, which Mandy declined hilariously.

The current Raw Superstar shot Dolph down and asked him to give up. Ziggler obviously didn’t back down and asked Mandy to check her DMs for his new phone number. Will Ziggler move on or will Mandy have to shoot him down on live television?

Dolph’s recent WWE run

Dolph Ziggler has proven to be a precious asset to the WWE. In the past few years, Ziggler has held the United States, Intercontinental, and Tag Team Championships.

Despite claims about his career being over in WWE, he still challenges for the WWE Championship annually.

Ziggler has not joined forces with Robert Roode, another former United States Champion. The Dirty Dogs weren’t an immediate threat on SmackDown but joined Baron Corbin as his henchmen during his feud with Roman Reigns in early 2020.

After that feud ended and his WrestleMania match with Otis, he came to Raw for a bigger prize.

He challenged Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules but lost despite having a favorable stipulation. His run on Raw ended with the loss to McIntyre, and he switched to SmackDown after the Brand Split.

Within a few months of returning to SmackDown, he and Robert Roode reunited to beat the Street Profits for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships and have defended it a couple of times too.

Their next opponents might be Rey and Dominik Mysterio, and that match might take place at WrestleMania Backlash.
