Memorial Day is one of the most important landmarks for the rich country of the United States of America. For the natives, it is very well known. For those who don’t, it is the day when the country honors fallen armed forces veterans who gave up their lives for the nation.

WWE superstars are known to pay homage to them each and every year. This year was no different as many athletes from the past and present came together on social media to honor the real American Heroes.

Dwayne’ The Rock’ Johnson is a world-renowned name in the world of sports and entertainment. Yet, he has always embraced his American roots to the fullest. The Rock has been very much vocal about his support of the armed forces every year.

This year, on Memorial Day, Dwayne once again showed his support on Instagram with a beautiful message.

In the post, The Rock thanked the soldiers for their efforts and work towards the country. Moreover, he put out the message that the American masses celebrated their legacies and sacrifices not only today but every day in their hearts. Johnson concluded the message by expressing his pride and gratefulness to the armed forces for everything they do.

Nevertheless, several WWE alumni and superstars also took part in conveying their well wishes.

Many WWE superstars of the past and present also paid their respects

The Rock was not the only one who paid his respects to the forces on Memorial Day. WWE superstars from various generations also came forward to pay homage to the heroes of America on social media.

Former and current NXT superstars, Mandy Rose and Arianna Grace, donned the swimsuits to put up a post on Memorial Day. While Arianna was happy to celebrate the occasion at home, Rose offered a free subscription on her Fantime platform. Also, currently, inactive NXT star Nikkita Lyons joined the fray, asking everyone to stay safe.

The former “Real American” of WWE, Hulk Hogan took to Instagram to wish everyone on Memorial Day.

Furthermore, former and current WWE stars, Brandi Rhodes and Lacey Evans respectively left their respects for the brave soldiers on their social media.

The sacrifice and legacy of the brave armed forces will always remain in the hearts of millions, who continue to honor them each and every week.
