Dwayne Johnson Drops Massive Update on His Upcoming Project DC’s Black Adam

A superhero is coming our way! Do you know who that is? It’s Black Adam. Well, Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock aka DC’s Black Adam. He’s coming to town and the fans can’t keep calm anymore.

With a social media post, Dwayne Johnson revealed that Black Adam’s exclusive first look is going to be revealed on Saturday: October 16th, 2021. Of course, the fans popped with joy and excitement.

This is the first movie where Dwayne Johnson is playing the role of a Superhero. But, it’s not the last. He already signed with DC for a second role, but this time it’s a voice over role. He’s playing the role of Superman’s dog, Krypto, in DC Super League of Pets.

Currently, Black Adam is supposedly releasing sometime in July, 2022.

Dwayne Johnson could be a superhero for WWE too

What’s the job of a superhero? To save the world. And, The Rock has the capacity to boost the ratings and viewership for WWE. So, it’s not saving WWE per se, but it’s definitely helping WWE massively to soar high on the charts.

But, the only obstacle is his schedule. Even if The Great One returns, it’s unknown how long he can return for. Unlike John Cena, he cannot put his other schedules on hold. His work in Hollywood, his own businesses, and others require a significant portion of his time, his dedicated time. Therefore, Johnson won’t be able to return for more than one PPV, at the most.

Coming to WWE’s plan, the company wanted to bring him back at Survivor Series 2021. It’s possible that the company has nixed the plan. On the off chance it’s still happening, there’s no such update about the same.

On the other hand, Roman Reigns revealed that one of the best events to bring back Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock was when WrestleMania went Hollywood. In fact, The Tribal Chief himself is a good name for The Great One to return against.
