While fans these days are very picky about their movies, Dwayne Johnson has fared the viewership tides quite well. The Rock has worked in one of the highest number of films that crossed the earning mark of $100 million. However, while The People’s Champion sure has big numbers to his name, a statistic shows that he is still behind two Hollywood megastars.

Tom Cruise and Will Smith are two of the biggest names in Hollywood. A recently uploaded social media post showcased that while Dwayne Johnson is behind these two icons, he has beaten many notable names as well. In fact, The Rock has even left Oscar-winning legend Leonardo DiCaprio behind.

Dwayne Johnson ranks third in the list of actors with the most $100m grossers

Film Updates recently added a tweet on X and talked about the actors with the highest number of $100 million earning flicks. The tweet carried the caption, “1. Tom Cruise (76%) 2. Will Smith (72%) 3. Dwayne Johnson (69%) 4. Brad Pitt & Chris Pratt (64%) 5. Leonardo DiCaprio & Jim Carrey (56%)” While these actors including The Rock made the top 5 in this list, more names followed.

The tweet further carried the names of Jennifer Lawrence (55%) in the sixth spot followed by Angelina Jolie (53%), Tom Hanks (52%), Julia Roberts (51%), and Sandra Bullock (50%) at the very end. While he may be behind Tom Cruise and Will Smith, The Rock has surpassed some of the most elite names in Hollywood.

Although the 51-year-old enjoys massive success, it has been a really long journey for The Rock. Moreover, he has built a massive fanbase for himself internationally by putting himself out there with every project.
