We are just a couple of days away from the Horror Show at Extreme Rules. The buildup to the big match between Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler for the WWE championship just got electrifying, thanks to Dwayne Johnson.
Going back a few weeks, on the 22nd June edition of Monday Night Raw, Dolph Zigger was traded to the red brand, in return for Intercontinental Champion AJ Styles.
The Showoff set foot on the Red brand and didnt waste any time in going after the top dog on Monday Night Raw.

Ziggler helped and guided McIntyre when the Scot returned to WWE. They also won the tag team championships.
Unsurprisingly, the show off didn’t hesitate to remind McIntyre about the favors he did on him. He went on to ask the champion for a title match at Extreme Rules, which was accepted.
From thereon, the mind games were in full swing. Ziggler cheaply went personal and recalled Drew McIntyre’s best friend Heath Slater.

Drew McIntyre successfully managed to get over this emotional turmoil. The following two weeks would be the same. Drew McIntyre also gave Ziggler the option to choose the stipulation. However, Ziggler decided to announce it at the PPV itself.
This rivalry definitely has got heated as well as personal and intense. However, if any man has the qualifications to comment on a superstar or a rivalry, it is Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
