Dwayne Johnson Shares Rare BTS from the Sets of Black Adam

The DC fanbase is eager to watch the trailer of Black Adam which will release by October of this year. However, the official movie trailer is set to launch on 8th June 2022, and Dwayne Johnson is excited to show the first look of the movie.

A few months back, DCEU launched an official teaser of the movie on their YouTube channel. The teaser, though was in animation, got positive feedback, making this movie a much-awaited one.

The movie is still being shot in Los Angeles currently. They shot the major part of the movie, however, few parts are pending. Dwayne Johnson has constantly given updates about the filming of the movie through his social media.

Recently, Johnson shared a behind the scene picture on his Instagram. He is in his Black Adam suit, while the director, Jaume Collet-Serra, is giving him instructions for his next shot.

In the caption Johnson said, “Rage against the dying of the light..Final work week of finishing touches for BLACK ADAM⚡️with my director, Jaume Collet-Serra. As said in the caption, this is the final week for the filming of the movie. The trailer is going to launch on 8th June 2022, which will surely make the fans go crazy watching Johnson debuting in a superhero movie.

Black Adam is a spin-off to the 2019 film SHAZAM. Dwayne Johnson is likely to play the part when Adam comes to life 5000 years later and wants to take back his powers. 

There is no extra padding for Black Adam’s suit, which Dwayne Johnson will wear in the movie

If you are a fan of superhero movies, you’ll be well-versed in the training the actors undergo to fit in to the role and the suit. Similarly, Dwayne Johnson has worked out so intensely that the costume team of the Black Adam suit had to remove extra muscle padding.

Dwayne Johnson is doing everything in his pocket to make the role of Black Adam a fan favorite. He replied to a tweet confirming this and told the reason for not wanting extra muscle padding.

The former WWE star already loves lifting weights and working out daily. Inspired by the actors who have played superhero movie characters, he too wants to bring a new era of comic-verse movies. In the comics and animated series, the anti-hero is the prime villain of SHAZAM. Therefore, it is a possibility that the former WWE superstar reprises his role in the future too.
