In the video, you can see The Most Electrifying Man on Sports Entertainment doing an abdomen exercise. Even though he feels that he isn’t capable of giving abdomen advice after what happened to him in WrestleMania 29 while fighting against John Cena, his post is quite motivating.

The Rock’s abs have been a concern for some of his admirers over the years. Even in one interview, the WWE legend had to shed light on why his abs look a bit different.
The Rock opened up about his not-up-to-the-par abs
In 2021, in a candid interview with WIRED, Johnson sat down with Jungle Cruise co-star Emily Blunt to answer the internet’s most frequently asked questions. And to answer one of the questions about its abs, The Brahma Bull opened up.
He said, “The problem was, which a lot of people don’t know, in a wrestling match, I tore the top of my quad off my pelvis. It went bang in a wrestling match. And then what that did, that caused a chain reaction and it tore my abdomen wall. So then I had to do a triple hernia emergency surgery…so, they’re not, like, perfect abs.”

Now it must have been clear to all that why Johnson’s abs are a bit different from others. However, that being said, we must not forget how the legend religiously works to strengthen his abdomen since he has learned his lesson.
