Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, one of the most popular WWE superstars of all time and one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood, has once grabbed the attention of fans.

But that time, it was not because of his other Hollywood blockbuster or because of his in-ring return. That time, it was because of his punch that saved a guy’s life.

The early life of Dwayne Johnson

Born in Hayward, California, Dwayne is the son of professional wrestler Rocky Johnson. During his teenage, The Rock changed several schools, which made him struggle initially and ultimately led to petty crime.

He wasn’t even 17 when he got arrested several times for fighting. All of this made him infamous as a “trouble teenager”.

But once he got involved in sports, the tables turned and we got The Rock we know today. In 2006, he established the “Dwayne Johnson rock Foundation” which helps terminally ill children. He has also worked with the “Make a Wish Foundation” through WWE.
