Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Accused of Little D**k Syndrome by Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch & Nia Jax Impress in Main Event: WWE Raw 3/18 Results, Recap & More

This episode of WWE Monday Night RAW from PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, came with a loaded match card. A Last Woman Standing match between Becky Lynch and Nia Jax took center stage. Three Tag Team qualifying matches for WrestleMania XL. A promo from Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes and much more to see. Here are the results of everything that went down on WWE RAW.

WWE RAW 18/03/2024 Results

In-ring segment: Tonight’s show opened with Jey Uso calling out his brother Jimmy. Last week, Jey challenged his brother to a singles match at WrestleMania XL. Jimmy accepted, and the two met in the ring tonight. We also got a Matt and Jeff Hardy name-drop. While Jey tried to get Jimmy to turn on Roman Reigns and be brothers again, Solo Sikoa attacked Jey. Cody Rhodes came out to ensure Jey didn’t suffer another vicious beatdown.

Backstage segment: Adam Pearce was seen talking to Nick Aldis about letting Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa show up on RAW. However, Paul Heyman came in and apologized. He left with a warning that people would be prepared for what he planned. He also mentioned that Dwayne Johnson was the top boss who didn’t issue them being on RAW.

Qualifying Tag Team match for WrestleMania XL: DIY vs. The Creed Brothers

Winner: DIY qualify

This match was all about strength vs the chemistry between Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. The match showed off The Creed Brothers’ strength, who had most of the control. Ciampa and Gargano were able to kick out of their power slams, but it was taking a toll on their body. DIY seemed to have gained control near the end. Dual ankle locks were countered, and so did the roll-ups. DIY won with a roll-up.

Backstage segment: Andrade El Idolo was seen talking with the Judgment Day, who claimed they would be watching him. This has been hinting at a new member of the team joining.

Katana Chance and Kayden Carter vs. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell

Winner: Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell

After a shocking change in character, Candice LeRae continues her mean streak against both Katana Chance and Kayden Carter. The short match ended with LeRae putting Chance in a brutal leg lock despite knowing she injured her leg. This led to Chance tapping out immediately. Despite Hartwell winning thanks to LeRae, she looked shocked at LeRae’s actions.

In-ring segment: After The Rock performed his concert in Memphis, Rhodes had his retort to it. Coming out, he talked about The Rock’s mom and everything he had said on SmackDown. Rhodes accused Johnson of having LDS before Paul Heyman interrupted and had an offer for the Royal Rumble winner. If he appeared on SmackDown this Friday, Roman Reigns would appear without The Bloodline. Rhodes accepted the offer only to be told to come alone.

Backstage segment: Nia Jax gives an interview telling us how she will break Lynch’s face.

Backstage segment: Rhodes runs into Jey Uso, who asks him if he’s going to SmackDown alone. Rhodes claims that he will before Jey tells him Reigns will not be alone, but Jey has Rhodes’ back.

Ricochet vs. Dominik Mysterio

Winner: Ricochet

This match was set up tonight after JD McDonagh was unable to beat Ricochet last week. The match was equally matched despite Ricochet’s high-flying moves. Moreover, even with McDonagh’s interference, Ricochet was able to win.

Post-match: McDonagh tried to attack Ricochet, who used him to backflip out of the ring.

Backstage segment: Sami Zayn runs into Chad Gable, who tells him he can’t beat Gunther.

WrestleMania XL Contract Signing For Gunther and Sami Zayn

In-ring segment: With Adam Pearce in the ring, both men enter for the contract signing. Gunther told Zayn exactly what Gable said: he had no chance of winning the Intercontinental title. This led to Zayn giving a passionate promo of never being believed in. The two sign the contract.

Qualifying Tag Team match for WrestleMania XL: Awesome Truth vs. Indus Sher

Winner: Awesome Truth qualify 

Despite having the size on their side, Awesome Truth with R-Truth and The Miz were able to capitalize on their great in-ring chemistry. Truth hit his John Cena spots to pick up the win and qualify for WrestleMania XL.

In-ring segment: Drew McIntyre came out to the ring, but Seth Rollins entered mid-way. Getting in the ring, McIntyre made his usual jabs at CM Punk, while Rollins claimed he was a spotlight junkie. Moreover, Rollins turned the table on McIntyre and said that everything he did lately was because he missed the spotlight.

Backstage segment: Becky Lynch sent a video message to Nia Jax in response to what she did earlier. Lynch claimed that she would be the last woman standing.

Announcement: Dwayne Johnson is announced to appear on RAW on April 1.

Qualifying Tag Team match for WrestleMania XL: Alpha Academy vs. The New Day

Winner: The New Day qualify 

The third qualifying match of the night saw Akira Tozawa and Otis taking on Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Both teams were equally matched, with some great spots in between. Kingston won the match for The New Day with an elbow drop on Tozawa. The New Day qualifies for WrestleMania XL.

Backstage segment: Liv Morgan ran into Lynch and asked her to finish Jax as Morgan wouldn’t interrupt the match.

Main Event Last Woman Standing Match: Becky Lynch vs. Nia Jax

Winner: Becky Lynch

The David vs Goliath match saw Lynch take everything Jax threw at her, including a Samoan Drop on the barricade. Steel chairs, steel steps, and Kendo sticks were involved in the match, with a table left ringside. Jax seemed to have control, but Lynch did not go down easily. Despite hitting Jax with a fire extinguisher, Jax Samoan dropped Lynch through the table, followed by The Annihilator. This did not stop Lynch from hitting the ManHandle Slam through the table. Following this, Lynch got on the ladder and hit a leg drop on Jax, who was on the announce table. This led to Jax not getting up before the ten count, resulting in Lynch winning.

Post-match: Rhea Ripley came out and confronted Lynch in the ring.
