Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson paid a tribute to rapper DMX after his untimely demise, touching hearts with his caption.

Undoubtedly, The Rock has been grieving since the time the tragic news reached him. DMX was an iconic rapper who contributed heavily to the industry. His raps enveloped his own struggles and inner pain and presented it to the audience.

His lawyer broke the tragic news to the public, revealing that he was on life support for almost a week after suffering a heart attack. His family released a statement about the news.

“Earl was a warrior who fought till the very end. “He loved his family with all of his heart and we cherish the times we spent with him.” H/t NDTV.

DMX’s raps ruled the late 1990s, and it paved the path for a revolutionary change in the industry. Now, even though he has passed, his music and words will continue echoing through the industry for a long time.

What is The Rock doing?

Coming to The Rock, he is currently working on his upcoming superhero movie, Black Adam. The teaser was released months back, and finally, the shoot has started. It’ll be exciting to watch him in a new role in the coming future.

Apart from Black Adam, he worked on a series called Young Rock. This series is an insight into Dwayne Johnson’s childhood and involves characters who shaped him to become the person he is today.

However, given his schedule, it is unlikely he will appear at WrestleMania 37. Even though a significant portion of the WWE Universe is waiting for his return to the ring, it definitely won’t be WrestleMania 37.

In fact, his cousin, Roman Reigns, revealed the perfect time for The Rock’s return. Moreover, he revealed that the best Superstar against whom ‘The Brahma Bull’ should return in Roman Reigns himself.

Not only does Reigns think this, but so does The Rock.

However, he doesn’t want to return to WWE during a WrestleMania where he will need to put over another talent. He doesn’t want to commit to a return if the company is going to put him in a storyline that will require him to return more than once.
