Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Returning to WWE as DC’s League of Super Pets Wraps Up?

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson recently took to Instagram to share some news about his upcoming animated movie called ‘DC League Of Super Pets’. In the brief video, ‘The Rock’ announced that the shooting is officially over and the post-production will begin.

Johnson also thanked all his co-workers, the filmmaker, and the Warner Brothers for involving him in the project.

The Rock will do the voice-over of a Kryptonian dog called Krypto. Krypto is from the planet Krypton, which is also where DC’s most famous character Superman, aka ‘Man of Steel’, is from.

In the video, the WWE legend revealed that the film is produced under his own 7 Bucks Production in collaboration with DC and Warner Media.

This is the second DC project for Dwayne Johnson

As we all know, The Rock has landed his feet in the DCEU, where he is playing the role of a God called Black Adam.

However, this will not be his only project with the DC comics. As noted, ‘The Rock’ will also be there voicing Superman’s pet dog called Krypto.

Eventually, ‘DC League Of Super Pets’ will have pets of all the major DC characters. However, these pets will also have superpowers of their own.

The Rock’s best friend Kevin Hart is also a part of the project. Hart will provide the voiceover of Batman’s pet dog called Bat-Hound.
