WWE Superstars usually leave the ring after having most of their dream matches. Megastars are typically the ones that have had their fair share of such matches. Unfortunately, The Rock has a regret from his time in the ring, and it doesn’t seem fixable at the moment.
When Hurricane Helms revealed he was watching The Rock vs Booker T from SummerSlam 2001, The Rock responded to the tweet with insight from his end. He revealed that one of his regrets is not having a longer run with Booker T.
Furthermore, The Rock revealed that Booker T is one of the sharpest Superstars he has worked with and a pure athlete. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like The Rock can have another run with Booker T considering both of them have been away from the squared circle for a long time now.

Even if there is a chance of The Rock and the “King” returning, which is unlikely for Booker T, WWE won’t book similar matches like SummerSlam 2001 considering Booker T’s age.
Can The Rock return to WWE?

Everything You Need to Know About The Rock’s Final Match in WWE
Thank you, brother. I do too actually. One of my biggest regrets was not having a long run w Book. He was one of my fav workers and the best pure athlete I’ve ever wrestled. Fluid, sharp, believable movements and work style. I always say his moves had a rare swagger.

Previously, Roman Reigns and The Rock, both claimed that the best person against whom The Great One should return is The Tribal Chief himself.
Now, it’s unlikely The Rock will return this year considering John Cena is most probably returning when the WWE tours restart. Even though Cena has only confirmed he is definitely returning, other reports claimed he will return on July 16th, 2021.

Apart from that, WWE may not have the budget to bring back two megastars in the same year. The company is already trying to book John Cena vs Roman Reigns for SummerSlam 2021. Therefore, it doesn’t seem like The Rock will return at WrestleMania 2021 against Roman Reigns.
Do you think the company should bring back The Rock in 2021 itself? Let us know in the comments below.
