Edge and Seth Rollins are far from over with each other. In the last episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Seth Rollins pulled a plug on Edge when he lost his cool and attacked Cesaro.

This led to Edge issuing a challenge to Seth Rollins for another fight. WWE made the fight official and announced it on their website. The two titans will face each other on next week’s SmackDown inside the legendary Madison Square Garden.

Madison Square Garden has been ‘home’ to WWE for over five decades and the arena has a special place inside wrestlers’ hearts and fans as well.

WWE legend Edge took to Twitter and delivered an emotional message when he announced ‘Edge vs Rollins II’ for next week’s SmackDown. He further wrote that it might be the last time that he performs in the famous arena.

“Friday. Smackdown. Edge vs Rollins II. The Garden. I never thought I’d have the opportunity to wrestle in MSG again. Realistically this could be the last time I do. Let’s blow the roof off New York.” Edge wrote.

‘The Rated-R Superstar’ has a rich history of competing inside the Madison Square Garden area. His most notable was against Rey Mysterio in the 2008 Royal Rumble PPV, where he retained the WWE Championship in a classic match.
