Ronda Rousey has been one of the greatest additions to the WWE women’s roster in recent history. She was, as The Tribal Chief would say, ‘The Needle Mover’ for the WWE women’s division in 2018. The first and only women’s only WWE premium live event was booked on the back of the Four Horsewomen and Rousey. In a sense, there would not be such a great commotion for women’s wrestling in WWE if it wasn’t for the Baddest Woman on the Planet.

But her path was not laid with gold. She had to overcome many hurdles in order to achieve everything that she has so far. When she was given such a massive boost after her debut, many questioned if she deserved it. While there were many people saying it was unfair to the women’s roster, one stood with Rousey. But now that WWE female star is in hospital.

That individual of modern women’s wrestling is Eva Marie. Marie had multiple runs with the company but never became a big star. She was part of the first batch of NXT Women and also a part of the women’s roster in the late 2010s. She had memorable moments of being a valet to monster heels like Doudrop and Nia Jax.

Former WWE star hospitalized for severe allergic reactions

Last day, Ryan Satin, the WWE host for ‘Out of Character’, tweeted a video showing the former diva being hospitalized. He reported that Eva Marie was hospitalized due to a massive allergic reaction that resulted in an anaphylactic shock on Labor Day. Currently, she is being taken under care, but the shock was because of fire ants.

Marie posted the video on her TikTok account, captioning the video, “When you have a massive allergic reaction to fire ants and end up in the ER. Anaphylactic shock.” In the video, we can clearly see that Marie’s neck and left shoulder were covered with red marks, with some marks being on the face and right thigh as well.

In 2018, when Marie was not present in the company, she was asked about the massive push of Ronda Rousey. And she said one simple thing, that Ronda Rousey is the one putting her body in danger. She added that if The Rowdy One is doing the work and selling tickets, there was no reason for her to not get the push.
