Both these stars were born on the 2nd of May and are just 3 years apart. That’s just one of the reasons both these stars have bonded so well with each other. The pair goes back a long way. Back in 2014, Dwayne Johnson posted a pic of him and David Beckham together. And even in that pic, Johnson had nothing but good words for his close friend. He even went on to praise Beckham by calling him one of the best people he has ever known. The pic had the caption, “Hang time with the boys. Good to see my bud – one of the best dudes I know #Beckham”.

And to poke some playful fun like Johnson generally does with his close buddies, he dressed up as Beckham this Halloween. And not just Johnson, but even his wife Lauren Hashian dressed up as Victoria Beckham. Thus making this a couple Halloween effort. David Beckham responded to this by saying, “I mean i thought i was looking in the mirror😂looking good man you might need a bigger jersey😂 @therock❤️”.

But in addition to the same birthday, Johnson and Beckham also share the same taste in music.

Taylor Swift’s music is something that touches people of all age groups and professions. Well, the same can’t be said about Grayson Waller currently. But Johnson and Beckham have bonded on their love for Taylor Swift as well.

In an interview with Daily Star, Johnson spoke about how he and David Beckham both are huge fans of Taylor Swift. So much so that they both even call her ‘Tay Tay’ as most of the Swifties do.

Johnson said, “I probably shouldn’t say this but we both love the music of Taylor Swift or, as us real fans call her, ‘Tay Tay’. It doesn’t matter how bad LA traffic gets, if you’ve got Shake It Off blasting out the radio there ain’t nothing that is going to bring your mood down”. Johnson and Beckham are quite tight and often meet each other at showbiz events in LA. Johnson was also one the first people to publicly back Beckham as he launched his own football club Inter Miami CF in the States.
