Roman Reigns has defended the Universal Championship fourteen times since he secured the title at Payback 2020 after attacking Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman. Since then, he’s been unstoppable. Now, the question is – who can dethrone The Tribal Chief?

Currently, there are at least two Superstars on the main roster who can take him down. Let’s start with his upcoming Extreme Rules 2021 battle.

The Head of the Table is going up against Finn Balor’s alter ego, The Demon. While Reigns can overpower Balor, can he overpower The Demon? Both Reigns and The Demon remain undefeated. Therefore, could Finn Balor’s Demon King be the one who takes down The Tribal Chief? It very well could be.

After all, the only power that can overpower the current ruthless and brutal Roman Reigns is dark power. The Demon comes with a plethora of that, and could finally take down Roman Reigns. The WWE Universe gets their answer at Extreme Rules 2021.

Brock Lesnar has put a target on The Tribal Chief’s back

Next, there is Brock Lesnar. For now, WWE booked a match between The Tribal Chief and The Beast for Crown Jewel 2021. As of now, it’s a non-title match. However, if Reigns successfully retains the title at Extreme Rules 2021, it will become a title match.

Brock Lesnar is completely capable of dethroning Roman Reigns. In fact, after John Cena couldn’t, everyone who isn’t a fan of heel Reigns is counting on Lesnar to end The Tribal Chief’s championship reign.
