Things were supposed to get cranked up between Cody Rhodes, The Rock, and Roman Reigns at the WrestleMania kickoff event in Las Vegas due to their rumored WrestleMania booking controversy and it is exactly how it went. To settle the scores, the three WWE powerhouses in the company jumped into a verbal war tonight with The Great One having the last word.

Although the crowd showed somewhat split character, the backlash toward The Rock and the pro-Cody Rhodes chant continued. The Rock’s attempt to silence the voices by calling them ‘Cody crybabies’ didn’t work. While the three were facing each other live, Reigns inclined to his cousin before The American Nightmare reminded him that he was in the place to choose as the Royal Rumble winner.  Meanwhile, The Rock got mad at him for supposedly insulting The Bloodline family during the show. When Triple H tried to clear the air during a backstage interview, The Rock threw an F-bomb telling him to ‘ fix it’. He had The Tribal Chief by his side.

We need to wait for more to come up to be more sure of the WrestleMania main event status of the three.

However, given The People’s Champion came off as a heel now, it is likely for the company to tipp him in a tag team match alongside Roman Reigns before setting them apart again in the rumored WrestleMania main event.
