WWE NXT Superstar Draco Anthony made his NXT debut on today’s NXT 2.0 brand. Before that, Draco Anthony was also known as Blake Cortez. He was a part of Reality Of Wrestling, a professional wrestling promotion by WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T.
Later, WWE signed the newcomer during the 2021 SummerSlam weekend in August after participating in the tryout camp.

Since then, Draco has been a part of the WWE’s 205 Live events. Draco Anthony picked up his first win on the WWE 205 Live against Javier Bernal. He has also faced the former NXT Cruiserweight Champion, Roderick Strong, at 205 Live in a non-title match. However, Roderick Strong hit Anthony with a jumping knee in this match, leading to Anthony’s defeat.
Draco Anthony is on his NXT 2.0 debut!
In today’s edition of WWE NXT 2.0, WWE displayed Draco Anthony’s wrestling vignette. After his part in WWE 205 Live, it looks like Draco Anthony is now set for what comes next. The package posted by WWE NXT during the show portrays that Draco Anthony is focused on putting in the work on the black and gold brand.

Before joining the world of professional wrestling, Chase Crews served in the United States Army for four years. In the video, Draco mentioned, “My drill instructor said I would never make it as a Marine; I proudly served my country for four years.” The attitude and the act to do whatever it takes is something that Chase Crews, aka Draco Anthony, wants to fulfill in his life.

Before joining the professional wrestling business, many WWE Superstars have served the U. S Military. Our current WWE Heavyweight Champion, Bobby Lashley, also served the United States Army.
After graduating from college, Bobby Lashley followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the military. “The Almighty” was in the army for three years; Bobby Lashley then kicked off his wrestling career in WWE in 2005. World Wrestling Entertainment has consistently supported military veterans to get inside the ring to pursue their careers as professional wrestlers.
