Former WWE Champion CM Punk Reveals Whether He Regrets Quitting Pro Wrestling

Ahead of WrestleMania 37, former WWE superstar CM Punk has embarked upon yet another q&a session. He gave some answers to interesting fan questions.
Punk’s blatant honesty makes his sessions very popular as fans drop by lots of questions. Among many things, one fan asked Punk,“Is there a current moment where you said, “Whoa, I am glad not to be wrestling right now.”
To this, Punk had a somewhat predictable answer. He proclaimed the lack of fans is disappointing to him. “No fans. That’s the entire driving force behind getting in the ring.”

Many wrestlers and fans echo Punk’s sentiment. Showmanship plays an important role in the business of sports entertainment. Wrestlers get energy from the crowd reaction, which can not be replicated through pre-recorded cheers and virtual screens.

Thankfully, WWE is bringing back live audience for the first time since last year at WrestleMania 37. Like the previous year, WM 37 will be spread over the weekend of 10th and 11th April. The rival promotion AEW had a limited live audience for a long time now,
CM Punk gives interesting answers to questions
Apart from the previous question, there were a lot of interesting questions. One fan asked the former WWE Champion about what he would like to eradicate from Wrestling.
He said, “Ridiculous shocked faces after a two count with a move you never beat anyone with and shitty unsafe goofs.” When asked about AEW, Punk told the fan, “You’re under arrest.” This was a reference to his ‘online police academy course.’ Interesting WWE also jumped in on the Q&A session. Although Punk had not wrestled in a few years (or 24 hours as he said so), he has an incredible fan base thanks to his charisma during his prime in WWE.
Apart from the in-ring prowess, Punk is most remembered for his highly entertaining and hard-hitting promos. In the longer run, the promos got him a cult-like following.
