Former WWE Champion Finally Returning to Raw After Nine Long Months

It is always exciting to have a WWE legend back inside the squared circle of WWE. There have been rumors about The Rock and John Cena returning to WWE soon. But one person who is certain to make his return next Monday on Raw is the Rated-R Superstar, Edge.
Recently, WWE posted out a tweet where they confirmed Edge’s return to the company next week. This will be Edge’s first appearance on the red brand of WWE after getting drafted to Raw during the 2021 WWE Draft. The Rated-R Superstar produced a spectacular match in Saudi Arabia at the Crown Jewel PPV, where he defeated Seth Rollins in a Hell in a Cell match.

Will Edge challenge for the WWE Championship on his return to Raw after nine long months?
A similar thing can happen this time around for the WWE Championship. When you have a WWE legend like Edge on the roster, you just have to inject him in the title picture. At least, you have got to give the Rated-R Superstar a proper rivalry with one of the top stars on the show. But currently, it seems as though all the top Raw superstars are after the WWE Championship.

Even though Seth Rollins is the #1 contender for the WWE Championship, Kevin Owens has been involved in a storyline with Big E recently. Also, Finn Balor is indirectly involved in the title picture as well following Rollins’ brutal assault on him last week.
