Over the years, Seth Rollins has come out as one of the most dependable and extraordinary wrestlers in WWE’s stacked roster. With his out-there costumes and pop cultural references, Rollins has made it to the top of the list of the best wrestlers in the world for many fans. But it doesn’t end there. He is as much of an inspiration to his fellow wrestlers as well.
So many upcoming wrestlers have Rollins’ rookie energy in them. But what about wrestlers who started along with him? Former AEW Champion calls back to his tag partner, Seth Rollins, on Revolution
In his Texas Death Match at AEW Revolution against Hangman Adam Page, the intensity was through the roof. When the Cowboy flipped over to hit his finisher, the Buckshot Lariat, Moxley reversed it into his own finisher, the Death Rider. After which he placed a brick under Hangman’s head and then proceeded to pay homage to his buddy, by giving him a version of Rollins’ The Stomp.

This was amazing to see, as both Moxley and Rollins don’t talk about each other in interviews or on social media. Also, after hitting the stomp, Moxley didn’t pin Hangman. Instead, he got on his knees and signaled a ‘we won’ sign in the air.
But Rollins also made more of an effort to talk a little about how he feels about his former stablemate, Moxley. In a fan Q&A during the WrestleMania 38 promotion, Rollins did say that he would love to work with Moxley again in WWE. He also hinted at the Lunatic coming back to WWE in the future.
