Kofi Kingston is out of WWE with an injury storyline

When The Bloodline attacked Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, it showed The Usos brutally going after Kingston’s knee. Following that, WWE announced that Kingston will be out of action because of an MCL sprain.

Usually it takes about a few days to as long as eight weeks to recover from this.

It’s possible Kingston took this break from WWE to spend time with his family and his new-born daughter. As of now, it’s unknown exactly when he will come back to the ring.

Nevertheless, right now it’s extremely important for him to bond with his daughter and he can come back when the time is right.

As a result, there were clashes, fights, confrontations, and whatnot. Since Kingston wasn’t present, Big E showed up to SmackDown to help Xavier Woods against The Bloodline.

But, now that Big E vs Roman Reigns is done and dusted, it doesn’t seem like The New Day will collide with The Usos for a while. Unless, of course, WWE books Usos vs New Day for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship!
