Former WWE Champion Welcomes His First Daughter With an Emotional Message

One of the most beautiful journeys of life is the path of fatherhood. Innumerable WWE Superstars have walked this path while they were still actively working with WWE. Now, another Superstar who is going to embrace this path is Kofi Kingston.

The WWE Superstar and one-half of The New Day took to social media to express how overwhelmed he was when his daughter arrived. He welcomed her to their family alongside his two boys.

“Lotus Selene Sarkodie-Mensah was born at home late Tuesday night, weighing 6lbs 2oz & 19.5” long.”

It’s going to be different being a father to a baby girl after being a father to two young boys. But, Kingston is a determined man who is ready to raise his third baby and cherish every moment with his beautiful family!

Kofi Kingston is out of WWE with an injury storyline

When The Bloodline attacked Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, it showed The Usos brutally going after Kingston’s knee. Following that, WWE announced that Kingston will be out of action because of an MCL sprain.

Usually it takes about a few days to as long as eight weeks to recover from this.

It’s possible Kingston took this break from WWE to spend time with his family and his new-born daughter. As of now, it’s unknown exactly when he will come back to the ring.

Nevertheless, right now it’s extremely important for him to bond with his daughter and he can come back when the time is right.

Xavier Woods hasn’t had a good time since he left

Prior to Survivor Series, Roman Reigns and The Usos continuously clashed with Xavier Woods. Their reason being, there is only one King in town, and it isn’t King Woods. It’s King Reigns. Therefore, when Woods started strutting around WWE SmackDown as King Woods, it irked The Bloodline.

As a result, there were clashes, fights, confrontations, and whatnot. Since Kingston wasn’t present, Big E showed up to SmackDown to help Xavier Woods against The Bloodline.

But, now that Big E vs Roman Reigns is done and dusted, it doesn’t seem like The New Day will collide with The Usos for a while. Unless, of course, WWE books Usos vs New Day for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship!
