Former WWE Star Reveals the Million Dollar Secret to Get Vince McMahon Hooked During Meetings: “We Could Be Something Special”

Well, every WWE superstar will love to have Vince McMahon’s attention. Over the years, WWE superstars have often made some creative pitches to Vince McMahon. But to get Vince’s attention and interest is nothing less than an achievement.

Recently released WWE Superstar Lince Dorado recalled an incident when he and the other members of The Lucha House Party got Mr. McMahon’s attention backstage.

Speaking on The Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling Podcast, Lince said, “I’m talking to Vince, and he’s kind of giving me the same thing where he’s like nodding and just agreeing, just to kind of get through the conversation.”

“But then, all of a sudden, he picks up a pen and a pad, and I just remember going back to Jericho’s book. When he picked up the pad and pen and started writing a note, that’s when I knew, like, ‘okay, we’re not just [job] guys to him! We could be something special,'” he added. (H/T: WrestlingInc)

Previously, the former WWE superstar mentioned that in Chris Jericho‘s book, it was mentioned Vince McMahon is probably really interested if he picks up a pen and a pad.

Unfortunately, Lince Dorado did not have a great run in WWE. He departed from WWE in 2021 along with Gran Metalik, putting an end to the existence of The Lucha House Party in WWE.

WWE Raw Superstar Austin Theory is one superstar who has been trying to impress Vince McMahon recently

In 2021, Austin Theory got drafted to WWE Raw. Soon after that, he has been part of several backstage segments alongside Vince McMahon.

Austin Theory even got a WWE Championship match but failed to capitalize. In recent times, Mr. McMahon has been acting as a mentor to the WWE Raw superstar.

But it seems Austin Theory is yet to impress the WWE chairman. The WWE Raw superstar recently competed in the Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship. But he got pinned by Brock Lesnar.

It will be interesting to see if WWE continues to make such backstage segments involving Vince and Theory. The WWE Universe will always love to see Mr. McMahon on WWE television.
