Former WWE Superstar Sheds Light One of John Cena’s Negative Aspects That Might Not Be Known to Fans

The entire WWE Universe knows of John Cena, the veteran who is loved by all for his compassionate personality along with his power-packed performances in the ring. Only a few such wrestlers are so dearly loved by the fans. But Cena has managed to gather that love from the fandom over the years. However, those well-wishers today might get a little shock after they hear what a former WWE wrestler recently revealed about The Champ’s personality. 

One thing that separated The Face of the WWE from others is the great push he received during his prime years. On the journey, there have been several instances when Cena came out a little protective of his character. After all, his journey to success started from quite low, where he just had $50 a day to survive. One could guess how much his success meant to him. But what was his personality trait that not many of his fans knew even after so many years? 

The former WWE star revealed a characteristic of John Cena that not many of us knew

Speaking to Wrestling Shoot Interviews, one of the inaugural WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Heath Slater shed light on his relationship with The Cenation Leader. The host asked him to share his experience of working with Cena. On which the 39-year-old at first said that he doesn’t have any negative thing to say about him. However, he soon disclosed Cena’s character attributes that not many of us know about. 

Slater said, “One thing that I know about John Cena is that he is about John Cena.” Along with this, he also mentioned that people living in this environment possess the same characteristics. However, he is a little different and believes in spreading love.

The four-time WWE tag team champion then added, “You can honestly say like with John, it’s like I’m doing this this is what I got to do I’m sorry you know if I step on your toes.”

After revealing this side of Cena, Slater balanced it by sharing how The Prototype has always been there to help him. 

Heath Slater talked about The Face of the WWE at length

Just after the Nexus member said that the 16-time world champion is a little possessive of his character, he soon reflected on how much he is aware of his surroundings. He mentioned that when stuck in a rut, he can unabashedly go to Cena seeking some advice. 

Slater also added, “The man John talking with him, he’s cool dude man he really is. But when it comes to John Cena, the professional wrestler brother in his mind he’s Superman and no one’s going to change that.”
