What can be a better way to kick-start the new year than pulling out a jam-packed Monday Night Raw Day 1 show from San Diego? The answer is unclear. Especially after the WWE Universe witnessed a spectacular show of Monday Night Raw which started with a bang. Following a brief break from all the live events in the Christmas and New Year week, WWE came back to the forefront with renewed mojo and so did Nia Jax.

She got the upper hand over The Man in a highly physical bout. But what caught even more eyeballs was that she executed the old, iconic ‘My Hole’ move in between the fights.

Nia Jax pulled out an iconic move to tackle Becky Lynch at Raw tonight

The night started with Becky Lynch showing up in swag and immediately getting into a disrespectful exchange with the Irresistible Force. The two fierce women dished out a series of moves and maneuvers to tackle each other.

But Nia uttering that phenomenal two words emerged as the highlight of the match. My Hole was outright epic, to say the least.

To look to the background, Jax went viral when she yelled “My hole” when she hit a leg drop on the February 8, 2021 episode of WWE RAW, and the spot became a signature moment in recent WWE history.

The match went down, with Jax having the last laugh over Lynch. For The Man, she seemed utterly devastated following the major loss.

Lynch and Nia Jax’s rivalry dates back to late 2018 when the universally tagged ‘unsafe wrestler’ launched a scary punch at Lynch for real. However, the dynamic shifted over a few years. The Man cemented her place in the promotion as one of the most reliable acts and continued to garner attention with her incredible improvements. On the contrary, Jax hasn’t had the best luck in the company and had to be apart in 2021.

However, following her monumental comeback last year, she has been unstoppable. Tonight’s showdown against Lynch wasn’t an exception. She sent Lynch into a deep upset in their first-ever singles match.

As reporters spotted Lynch backstage sitting alone in a gloomy spirit, The Man broke the silence. She uttered a distressing line, “Well, can only be uphill from here.”. Now, only time will say how the company will revive Lynch’s spirit from this dipping low in the future.
