4X WWE Champion Details How The Undertaker Reacted After He Kissed Him on His Lips: “I Got Him Good”

Besides delivering nail-biting matches to boost the adrenaline of the fans, WWE involves a host of funny, emotional, and personal moments between superstars. Those that occur backstage usually contain more bizarre yet exciting stories. WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle took that bizarreness to the next level when he successfully ended up pulling off an intimate moment with The Undertaker after one of their matches in Japan.

The two Hall of Famers had a fair share of classic encounters. But what happened during one of their overseas matches was outright dramatic. The Olympic gold medalist pulled ‘The Deadman’ in for a hug in a shocking turn of events. He then quickly disappeared after stealing a smooch. The incident infuriated The Undertaker, who issued a chilling threat to Angle afterward.

Kurt Angle recalled The Undertaker’s scary response after he accidentally kissed him

The Phenom faced off against Angle in several high-voltage matches during the Ruthless Aggression Era. Their WrestleMania feud of 2006 was marked as one of the greatest in pro wrestling history. Still, it was their epic clash in an international match that saw people talking for decades, not because of the technical quality of that match, but because of Angle’s success in ripping off the intimidating persona of the then locker room leader.

Kurt Angle did something over the top to make it happen. After shaking hands, he moved closer to the legend and kissed his lips and it didn’t obviously result in something good. After Angle managed to sneak out of the place following the mischievous deed, he heard The Undertaker screaming, ”It’s a long plane ride home, Angle”

During the latest episode of Kurt Angle Show, Angle recounted those memories and The Undertaker getting mad at him. The Olympic hero noted, ‘The biggest memory I had is I got done wrestling Undertaker in the last match of that tour yeah and I kissed him on the lips oh yeah we’ve highlighted that on social media but oh my God I got him good. You know Undertaker. What he said afterward he was like listen it’s gonna be a long trip. ‘

Angle revealed in a previous interview that The Undertaker’s threat wasn’t just words he came almost close to death during their flight journey afterward. Although what Angle did was sweet, it didn’t really sit well with the ever-serious man of WWE, The Undertaker. He didn’t stop with a verbal threat, he acted upon his it, making the 54-year-old jump out of his skin.

Kurt Angle had to go through a near-death experience as a consequence of his deed

Angle recalled how The Indestructible Force came closer to him when he was asleep at night on the flight. He discovered his nose in awkward proximity to that of ‘The Phenom’ upon waking up. The Undertaker warned him that he could get him anytime, but left him without doing any harm at the end.

Angle believes it was because ‘The Deadman’ didn’t totally dislike the kiss as he remembered his half-smiling face after the mishap happened. Also, their mutual bond and respect came to Angle’s rescue that night.

Both the legends are currently living their life away from the squared circle, after Angle had his last dance inside the ring at WrestleMania 35 in 2019, and The Undertaker signed off for good after WrestleMania 36.
