From Triple H to Randy Orton, return from successful surgeries
1. Triple H: Former WWE Champion and WWE’s current Head of Creatives had many surgeries during his lifetime. He had surgery for a torn quad in 2007 when his right knee was injured. He had another surgery in 2018 for a torn perc on his right shoulder and chest.

He also had heart surgery in September of 2021 which was considered very serious as Hunter announced his retirement after that.

2. Seth Rollins: In 2009, Seth Rollins had a Foraminotomy Neck Surgery, with no complications. However, he had another major surgery in 2015 after suffering a severe knee injury during a live event in Dublin, Ireland. He had to vacate the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as a result. Rollins tore his ACL, MCL, and medial meniscus, the same injury that Charlotte Flair is reported to have now.
3. Alexa Bliss: The five-time WWE World Champion took to Instagram earlier this year to announce that her skin cancer surgery was successful. She was left with a temporary stitch mark though.
In her own words, Bliss described it as, “So went to get biopsy. Was basal cell carcinoma. During my procedure doc also found other squamous cells. Was a quick and easy procedure. Glad I always get my skin checked.”
4. John Cena: Just like Triple H, 16-time World Champion John Cena also had many surgeries in his lifetime. His recent surgery happened immediately after his brutal Crown Jewel match against Solo Sikoa. Cena took to X to announce the successful arm surgeries he had in November with Dr. Jeff Dugas. Cena had surgeries on both of his arms within a space of two weeks.

5. Randy Orton: The Viper had his longest absence from the wrestling ring due to a back injury he suffered at the hands of The Bloodline in May 2022. He had a back fusion surgery for his lower back that kept him out for 18 months as he returned to the ring at this year’s Survivor Series.
Besides the superstars mentioned above, Rey Mysterio, Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, and Sami Zayn have also undergone successful surgeries during their wrestling careers.
