Popularly remembered as the ‘Eighth Wonder of the World,’ André the Giant was one of the most loved giants in professional wrestling. WWE Royal Rumble first came into existence in 1988, and an ageing Andre could enter the Rumble match only twice in his career. The 520-pound Andre scored five eliminations in his two Rumble appearances.

Yokozuna – Royal Rumble winner

The 500-pound Yokozuna is one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time. Yokozuna competed in three Rumble matches in his career. He eliminated seven men including ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage and won the 1993 Royal Rumble match in quite dominant fashion.

The Big Show – Royal Rumble Runner-up

Standing at 7 feet tall, the ‘World’s Largest Athlete’ The Big Show has made seventeen appearances inside the Rumble match. He came close to winning the 1999 Royal Rumble, but again, his height proved to be his biggest shortcoming that day. Although Show hasn’t won a Rumble, he won the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in 2015.

Mabel

Call him Mabel, Viscera, or Bid Daddy V, the 500+ lbs giant entered the Rumble match quite a few times in his career, but was always the big target because of his size. In fact, it took seven men to eliminate him in his Rumble debut!

Mabel couldn’t win a single Rumble in his career, but he won an 18-man Battle Royal at WrestleMania 22.

The Great Khali

The 7 feet 3 inches tall Khali was no simple man to get out of the Rumble match. Khali entered over five Rumble matches in his career but couldn’t win any of them.

His biggest Rumble moment came when he locked lips with the ‘Glamazon’ Beth Phoenix! Sadly for Khali, that was just to eliminate him.

Kane

The ‘Big Red Monster’ Kane is a pioneer of Rumble matches. Kane has the record for the most combined eliminations in Rumble history. Not only that, but he held the record for most eliminations in a single Rumble for a whopping 13 years before Roman Reigns surpassed him in 2014.

The Undertaker – Royal Rumble winner

The Undertaker has competed in over ten Rumble matches in his career. His illustrious history at the Rumble includes a victory in the 2007 edition after he last eliminated his long-time rival Shawn Michaels. The ‘Deadman’ is not only one of the biggest men to enter the Rumble but also one of the most ‘feared’ men.
