As the 2021 edition of WWE SummerSlam is around the corner, the WWE is pulling out all the stops. The match card looks phenomenal, and one match that stands out is the battle between Bill Goldberg and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship.
Lashley has been unstoppable as he has been destroying his opponents. On the other hand, Goldberg’s last match isn’t something that he can be proud of, as Drew McIntyre squashed him for a victory.
On the last WWE RAW before the SummerSlam, and Bill Goldberg came face to face with The Champ Bobby Lashley. The face-off was the show’s last segment, and fans felt what was at stake for both superstars with their fierce promo.

Bobby Lashley threatens to end Goldberg’s career at SummerSlam
The show’s last segment started when Bill Goldberg came out to the ring on his iconic entrance score. The crowd in the AT&T Center gave a wild pop to Goldberg as they chanted his name. Goldberg took the microphone and spoke about his family, stating that he was infuriated with Lashley and MVP for bringing his son into this rivalry.
Therefore, Bill added he wants to win the match for his son. He also shared that he wants his son to see him win the title and know how good he is rather than searching online about his past glory.

Gage Goldberg, who was present at ringside, was hearing and acknowledging what his dad was saying. MVP and Lashley then interrupted Goldberg, and the fans were hostile to the duo. MVP was the first to talk as he pointed out that Goldberg, who is known more for his action, speaks a lot these days. He further added that Goldberg knows he is under-matched facing Bobby, and he knew it on the first day he met him face to face.

MVP then said how he tried to warn Goldberg multiple times not to enter a battle with Bobby. He said that this stubborn attitude of Goldberg would be detrimental. Following this, Lashley took the mic to threaten Goldberg, saying that he will leave just enough of Goldberg to tell his family how The Almighty ended his career.

Goldberg, who has heard enough talking from The Hurt Business, moved close to Bobby and stared him down. The former WWE Universal Champion then said that whatever Bobby just said, it was all bulls**t.
Lashley and Bill dropped their mic off as fans were waiting for the duo to clash at Texas, but Lashley turned around and paced away. Goldberg, who was in a mood to fight, ducked a right hand from Lashley and then speared him to the floor.

Goldberg then left the ring and went near his son at ringside. Gage jumped off the barricade and stood with his father at the entrance stage as Goldberg celebrated with fans. Lashley, whose blood was boiling, looked at Goldberg from the ring along with MVP.
