Trump then answered the question as to why he kept supporting WWE. He said, “Well, there is this great energy. You are dealing with great athletes and I love sports of all kinds. But there is a great energy that WWE has always had. And I think it’s really just great. It all comes to fruition because of Vince, because he is a very unusual guy. Amazing guy.”

The WWE Hall of Famer further expressed his love for him. He said, “I just love him. I really have a good time with him.” He then spoke about a potential future match against McMahon.

Trump stated, “Well, we have an all-time record by far and that was six years ago, and they haven’t come close. And they have got some pretty big stars out there, but they haven’t come close. But we’ll see what happens. That’s gonna be up to Vince.”

With both Trump and McMahon way past their primes, and Vince McMahon retired, a potential matchup might be out of the question, but if it could have taken place, it would have indeed been a treat for the fans.
