Drew McIntyre is a fan of MMA and has a special liking for Conor McGregor. Although they represent different countries and different sports, McGregor and McIntyre are quite similar.

However, the former WWE Champion believes Khabib can also make it in the WWE, although he can’t talk trash like Conor.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, Drew McIntyre commented on whether Khabib would make it in WWE. He even recommended WWE pair the UFC star with Paul Heyman, or even MVP to help him in the promo department.

“He’s so talented that I reckon he could make some noise, and if he can’t make the noise himself, we’ve got Paul Heyman. We’ve got a few talented people that can carry the load when it comes to talking. You know MVP’s done a heck of a job for Lashley. Maybe that’s another name to throw in the hat.”

“He’s such an amazing performer at UFC, and if he can’t quite figure out that part, we’ll make it work. That’s what we’re all about; reflecting the positives and hiding the negatives. I think the fans will be very excited to see him.”

While Khabib coming to WWE seems likely, his former rival coming to WWE was an absolute certainty a while ago. Conor McGregor has spewed bile about the WWE but has shown respect to people like Vince McMahon, Finn Balor, and Becky Lynch.

“McGregor gets it, but Khabib’s so talented, [Khabib] would figure it out. He’d be a huge star for us too.”
