Since the Big Dog’s absence, SmackDown has definitely become a little dry. Braun Strowman had no real challengers until Bray Wyatt made his big return.

AJ Styles has shown-up almost every week despite the pandemic. However, SmackDown has considerably dropped in ratings.
Fans all over the internet vent their frustration out and some even claim they have stopped watching the Friday Night Show.
Aj Styles debuted at Royal Rumble in 2016 at No.3. As he entered the ring, the man already inside was the Big Dog himself. Styles realized that he was with a legitimate competitor that night.
Speaking to SunSport, Styles admits that having Reigns back will be a boost for the company.

“You can’t deny the fact that Roman Reigns is one of the biggest stars in WWE. He’s WWE. I mean, he’s the guy. so to get him back could be a big help.”
Styles is spot on with the impact of Roman Reigns. He is also accurate that SmackDown will come up once Reigns returns. Even Vince McMahon would be eager for his poster boy to come back.
However, it is not advisable to risk your life, especially given the condition of Reigns. It would be smarter on the part of the Big Dog to rest at home and come back stronger than ever.
