DC Movies Hit With a Major Blow After Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock Takes Over as Advisor

In the past few days, the DCEU and Dwayne Johnson are the major topics of discussion among the masses. Last week Johnson called the DC Extended Universe as ‘The Black Adam DC Universe’. This angered fans and many had hostile reactions to his comments.
However, recently DC Films President, Walter Hamada, announced leaving the franchise in late October this year. Moreover, this news broke when ‘The Great One’ announced he will be the advisor to DCEU.

Recently, on the Comicbook Nation podcast, the crew discussed the recent events in the DCEU. As per the reports, Walter Hamada will leave the DC franchise after the release of ‘Black Adam’, a news that came after Dwayne Johnson becomes the advisor for the DCEU films.
The reason he is staying until ‘Black Adam’ is to have a small part of whatever bonuses he is due.
Some DC fans think the popularity of ‘Black Adam’ overpowered ‘Batgirl’. Moreover, some fans also believe that ‘DJ’ is indirectly responsible for Walter Hamada’s exit from the DCEU.
They shared their reactions on Twitter after the news about Hamada’s exit broke out. A few fans were happy with the outcome as it can restore the Synderverse, which the DC fandom is waiting for after ‘The Synder Cut’ was released.

A fan was worried about the future of DC.

Additionally, a fan was interested in seeing the kind of projects DC comes up with after Dwayne Johnson’s involvement.

Further, even though Johnson’s comments hurt the DC fans, many are looking forward to watching his movie. Many believe ‘Black Adam’ will bring a new era for DCEU.

How Much Did Dwayne Johnson Get Paid for The Scorpion King?
A few weeks ago there were rumors floating of actor Henry Cavill reprising the role of Superman in ‘Black Adam’. Besides, ‘DJ’ prefers Cavill to play Superman if Black Adam vs Superman movie is ever in talks.
