The projects that we are going to list down have either been confirmed officially followed by a full announcement or have been talked about by “The Brahma Bull” himself. Either way, the list of movies is confirmed to release in the near future. However, it is not in the order of release, as the estimated release for these projects has also been moved due to the long strike.

The last time fans caught the 51-year-old on the big screen was during a post-credit scene in Fast X. Not only was it a good sight for his Hollywood fans, but it also confirmed that ‘Luke Hobbs’ will be returning to the franchise after settling his differences with Vin Diesel.

The strike in Hollywood clustered the movie releases. And now, fans must prepare themselves as there is a long lineup of movies to go through. Here is a list of upcoming movies which will feature the WWE star.

  1. Red One + Red One 2: Amazon’s Christmas movie franchise’s first part was slated to release this year.
  2. Jungle Cruise 2
  3. San Andreas 2
  4. Fast X 2
  5. Fast series spin-off
  6. Big Trouble in Little China (remake)
  7. Moana (live-action remake)

The last time he appeared in WWE was at a random SmackDown episode, teaching a young wrestler a valuable lesson. Despite branding it as a ‘return’, the Stamford-based company didn’t call back The Rock again after that. This was probably due to his busy schedule and the ending of the SAG-AFTRA strike.

There were even speculations of him facing Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. However, if his Hollywood schedule stays intact and keeps him busy, the promotion might find it difficult to book him for a PLE in 2024.
