The Man from the Darkside said, “What they can do physically is just I mean stuff that I couldn’t even you know, I couldn’t even imagine doing and these guys are you know, it’s they’re all like human video games. The way that their dedication to taking care of themselves, far better than you know my generation did.

There’s a lot less bad habits, the guys you know, they consider themselves professional athletes and conduct themselves and look that way,” he added. This is in stark contrast to the comments he made about the current crop of WWE stars on the Joe Rogan podcast a couple of years ago. The legendary wrestler labeled the current generation of stars as “soft” drawing backlash from the WWE stars of today.

But now the way the legend described the new wrestlers while detailing their good qualities, and gave them an edge above himself and other legendary wrestlers, is commendable. However, he didn’t stop there but continued giving the most positive remarks about female wrestlers as well.

The Deadman appreciated the growth in opportunities for female wrestlers

During the interview when he was asked who are his favorite wrestlers from the present era, he straight away said, “The girls, man. The girls are kind of next level.”

He then mentioned how the opportunities for female wrestlers have grown with time and the way the current women wrestlers are performing is amazing. The Demon of the Death Valley even named Charlotte Flair as one of the best talents on the entire roster currently.
