The WWE Extreme Rules 2022 Premium Live Event featured a stacked card filled with some exciting moments. One match that stood out on the night was the SmackDown Women’s Championship match between Liv Morgan and challenger Ronda Rousey. The Extreme Rules contest saw spots involving the use of steel chairs, fire extinguishers, and even a table splash. Despite the use of foreign objects, Morgan could not retain her SmackDown Women’s Championship. The result meant Morgan had to fall back in line after being on top.

The former champion is keen to re-enter the championship picture and came extremely close to doing so, courtesy of an impressive showing in the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble. That stellar performance has not made her forget the events on October 8, 2022.
