“I Never Had a Warning”: Few Days After Shawn Michaels Contrasting Comments, Mandy Rose Opens Up on Her Unceremonious Exit From the WWE

The abrupt release of Mandy Rose from WWE took many by surprise. Her wrestling career’s resurgence was for all to see in NXT. A dominating reign for Rose as the NXT Women’s champion lasted an impressive 413 days. There have been many speculations about her unceremonious exit from the promotion. The developmental brand’s head Shawn Michaels recently described his side of the story. And Rose has come up with her version of what transpired during her last hours with the company.

Her sudden departure from the Stanford-based promotion has certainly not diminished her lifestyle. The Golden Goddess made an expensive purchase last month along with her fiance Tino Sabatelli. She also reportedly made a million from her FanTime account in December last year. However, Rose’s shocking release has certainly left a sour taste. She recently revealed the circumstances around her exit with Renee Paquette.

The former NXT champion said, “I lost the title and got fired the following day. So I never really had, I never had a warning. I know that you know obviously a lot of news out there that says I was warned. I never did. But it could have been different for sure“.

HBK had recently opened up on Rose’s release from the WWE as per TJR Wrestling. He said that he did not have the power to remove anyone from the company. However, the legend did admit that he was fully aware of the creative plans for the title changing hands. Rose lost to Roxanne Perez on the December 13th episode of the black and gold brand. She had been part of the main roster which boasts talents such as Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair before joining NXT.

Toxic Attraction no more

Along with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Evans, Rose was part of the notorious faction, The Toxic Attraction. The group was already light after her departure and recently broke off completely following a vicious attack by Jayne on Dollin on the recent episode of the development brand. WWE superstar Bayley was also present to witness the carnage firsthand.

Coming back to Mandy Rose, her exit from the company at such short notice has left many unanswered questions. There are multiple versions of events, and it is hard to determine which way the actual events happened. Rose’s recent comments on the podcast certainly point to the fact that her departure was quite hasty.
