Recently, the WWE legend Mark Henry appeared on the podcast, ‘Busted Open Radio‘. There, he put a poll for the fans. He asked the WWE Universe, whom they want to see facing Roman Reigns out of Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes.

And when the results came, 60% of fans chose Jey Uso over Cody Rhodes. This shocked the WWE legend as he still believes that Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes chapter is yet to be finished.

“They are talking about Jey and I still want Cody/Roman. I still want it.”, said Mark Henry.

Since WWE TLC 2019, Roman Reigns has faced numerous opponents. Sometimes one-on-one and sometimes in a tag team. However, no matter whether he won or lost, one thing that remained constant was that no one pinned him for victory. And The Usos played quite a crucial role in this.

But last week was different. Last week, Roman Reigns was laying inside the ring helpless. No one was there to get his back. And his three-and-a-half-year streak ended when his savior Jey Uso pinned him in the middle of the ring.

Since Cody Rhodes is not even close to the Universal championship scenario, it is obvious for fans to pick Jey Uso over him. Moreover, fans are enjoying The Bloodline saga and want a Bloodline member to dethrone Roman Reigns.

Initially, there were reports that WWE is thinking to end this storyline soon. But as per the latest report, there is nothing like this on creatives’ minds.

Now that WWE is still going forward with The Bloodline saga and fans have also made their choice clear, it won’t be much surprised if Jey Uso goes after Reigns’ championship at SummerSlam 2023.
