What did Dax Harwood claim about Vince McMahon’s methods
After retiring in July last year, McMahon would make his return back in January and became the Executive Chairman. Speaking on his podcast, Harwood revealed how Vince McMahon likes to instill fear into his subordinates to get respect out of them.
He said, “Vince leads through fear. I think he enjoys that. He enjoys being the alpha male, he enjoys people being afraid of him.” He further claimed that Vince McMahon scares people into respecting him, which is different from the current creative head, Triple H.
Speaking on this, Harwood also compared McMahon’s leadership with Triple H. He said, “[Triple H is] more receptive to your ideas.” Harwood claimed that The Game was more open to discussion of different ideas and his own ideas came with good reasoning.
FTR aka The Revival would have a good run on WWE NXT. They would later move onto the main roster in 2017 after WrestleMania 33. After an initial lackluster run, The Revival would win tag-team gold. However, the team would leave WWE in 2020, and join AEW.
